Lucinda Angie "Lucy" Rodriguez passed away on February 26, 2015 at the age of 83. She was born on February 27, 1931 in Capulin, Colorado to Boneficao and Josephina (nee Trujillo) Rivera. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Lorenzo Abelino Rodriguez, her daughter Sylvia, and three brothers Aurelio, Benicio and Joe E. Rivera.
Lucy is survived by her children Robert "Gene" Rodriguez, Ronney (Jenny) Rodriguez and Christine (Gregg) Kintz; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and her siblings Leo Rivera, Tina Bennett, Ernest (Peggy) Rivera, Michael (Shirley) Rivera and Richard (Patricia) Rivera.
A Vigil Service with Rosary will be offered on Thursday, March 5 from 5-7PM at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6601 South Colorado Boulevard, Centennial.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, March 6 at 10AM at Christ The King Catholic Church, 830 Elm Street, Denver. Burial next to Lorenzo will follow Mass and guests are invited to the reception at Church following the burial.
