Lance Allen Moe was a wonderful, supportive, and loyal son, brother, father, husband, uncle, nephew, grandson and friend. The youngest of four brothers, he grew up in Littleton with a great passion early on for skateboarding and later on with a great passion for cars, music, and the Broncos. He was a talented, charismatic individual who could do anything he put his mind to. He had just recently turned his life around reconciling himself to his God. One of his last messages before his untimely death was: “To all my family members and friends, I just wanted to tell you I LOVE YOU. Because yesterday is gone, today will be over soon, and tomorrow isn’t promised.” He was thoughtful, caring, giving of himself, and always to be counted on for helping any and all. He was loved to the moon and back by his mom who has written to him this beautiful affirmation, “My baby, you truly are one of the few stars who shine in my night sky.” Just as the light of a star continues on long after it has passed, Lance’s light will continue to shine on as a beacon of Big Love for all those who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary on Saturday May 21st at 10 am in the Spruce Room.
