Karen is survived by her devoted sister, Judith A. Lake Weidensall, her loving children, Jason P. Inskeep and Jolene D. Whetten, her cherished grandchildren, James and Patrick Whetten, and her beloved husband, Michael C. Delamore.
A true pioneer in her field, Karen carved her path as a successful entrepreneur, owning her own business in commercial real estate. Her contracts with postal offices exemplified her dedication and entrepreneurial spirit. After a fulfilling career, she retired in 2012, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and determination.
Karen's love knew no bounds, extending beyond her family to the countless friends she made throughout her lifetime. Her vibrant personality and genuine warmth endeared her to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She had a deep passion for crocheting and walking, activities that brought her joy and serenity. Her love for her grandchildren was immeasurable, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
A celebration of Karen's life will be held on June 10th, 2024, at 1:30 PM at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary and Cemetery located at 6601 S. Colorado Blvd., Centennial, CO 80121, where friends and family will gather to honor her memory and share stories of her remarkable life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The American Cancer Society at https://donate.cancer.org, a cause close to Karen's heart.
