Hope was born in Iowa to Myron and Carrie Hayes on October 1, 1928. She obtained her bachelor’s degree at Cornell University. She had a 38-year career in teaching in the Denver area. Her hobbies included quilting, sewing and cooking.
Hope married Robert Jensen in 1950 and they moved to the Denver area in 1955.
Predeceased in death by her parents, Joel Jensen (son). Helen Sandage (sister) and Robert Jensen (spouse).
She is survived by her sons Jed Jensen and daughter in law Diana.
