George T. Kuskie, passed away March 10, 2012, at age 97. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2012 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 2100 Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80214, with viewing one hour prior to service.
George was born August 11, 1914 near Grant, Nebraska. His youth and young adult life was spent farming northwest of Grant. He moved to Colorado in the late '40's and began a career as a commercial welder. George Kuskie and Violette Harris were united in marriage in 1951. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church for many years.
George was preceded in death by his wife, and daughter Deborah. Survivors include his sisters, Mildred and Marge, a brother, Virgil, 4 grandsons, 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
