Diane Florence Rohlman, age 68, of Parker, Colorado passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019. Diane was born April 22, 1950 in Everett, Washington to Helen Gwendean (Brannon) Beeston and William Boyd Beeston, who preceded her in death. Diane is survived by her husband of 41 years, William "Bill" Rohlman of Parker, CO; her daughter, Sarah McGuire and granddaughter, Charlie Jean McGuire, both of Lakewood, CO; sisters, Judy (Darwin) Paskett of Mill Creek, WA and Jeanie (Steve) Westover of Highland, UT; her brothers, Bill (Ruby) Beeston of Provo, UT and Bob Beeston of Everett, WA; numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends.
Diane was a remarkable, faith-filled woman. She was an exemplary wife, Mom, Grandma and sister. Diane’s outgoing personality, can-do attitude, infectious laugh and sense of humor made many friends. She was courageous, bravely fighting cancer for a year, without complaint, despite the pain she endured. Throughout, she maintained her strong, positive faith in the love of Christ.
Diane walked a faith-filled life from the beginning. She learned to love the Lord and the Gospel at a young age. God’s love kept her going throughout a life full of miracles and trials. Even in her last year, as she bravely faced death, her faith inspired new friends, within the medical, oncology and patient communities she encountered. God had a purpose for this last year of suffering.
Diane, faithful to the end, died at peace in her home, accompanied by her husband and best friend, Bill. She was a strong, loving partner, who served her country as a military wife, moving the family 17 times in 22 years. She was the rock, the stability, and too frequently a single parent during this time of service.
