Denise Mary Hennessy

Denise Mary Hennessy was born on September 2nd 1955 in Longmont, Colorado to Doris and Hector DeBryune. Denise grew up in Longmont and graduated from Longmont High school in 1973 and went on to CU Denver to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in education.

Denise was the type of woman who had a great sense of humor, a woman who was adventurous and loved to travel, her last trip being a bucket list trip to Ireland the summer of 2019. Those who knew Denise would tell you that her most treasured hobbies were reading, crafting, and of course her grandkids. She was the most kind and considerate women, always thinking of others needs before her own.

Denise is survived by her husband of 35 years, Michael, three children Sara, Erin and Shannon. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Deziree, Kassandra, Lilyanna, Calissa and Lauren. Denise is also survived by her siblings Dave DeBruyne and Diane Turner, as well as many other family members and friends.

A memorial service for Denise will be held at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6601 S. Colorado Blvd. Centennial, CO 80121 on Thursday November 18th at 10 am.
