Son, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, great-great grandfather, born on a farm in Minneapolis, Kansas, slipped quietly into heaven on 4/12/22. He was a kind and gentle man with great integrity, a quick wit, and sense of humor.
He lived each day with love and compassion and possessed a life force that will leave a lasting impression on all who knew him.
A graduate of K.U. Medical School, University of Louisville School of Medicine, and an Air Force Veteran. He loved every day of his 67 years in the practice of medicine.
His spirit will carry on for all his family and friends, as he touched everyone with his quick smile and positive attitude.
God has him in his keeping, we have him in our hearts.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years Beverly Baker, his sons Roger, Doug, and Steve, his daughter Gina, 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Service will be on April 30th at 10 am at Olinger Chapel Hill.
In lieu of flowers, follow your heart and give to your favorite charity. Two of Dean’s favorites were the American Red Cross and Toys for God’s Kids of Englewood, CO.
