Billy Louis Daugherty

Billy Louis Daugherty of Denver passed away January 24, 2020 at Rose Medical Center at the age of 61. Billy L. was born April 9, 1958 to Billy W and Ernestine T (Mantelli) Daugherty in Denver. He attended schools in Denver and graduated from East High School. After graduation Billy worked for Wells Fargo in the accounting department for 35 years after which he retired. Upon retirement Billy was awarded a Wells Fargo watch which he wore with pride. Billy enjoyed gambling, fishing, and traveling to Las Vegas with his wife Luann. Billy was a fun loving man and always enjoyed playing a joke on someone.

Billy married the love of his life Luann (Tuttle) on February 14, 2006 in Black Hawk where they spent much time and won many a jackpot! He loved his wife very much!

Billy is survived by his loving wife Luann of Denver. His daughter Amanda (Jerry) Haines and grandchildren Olivia and Mason of Ohio. His father Billy W and brother Tom and wife Jacky of Arizona. His nephew Rodney of California.

He is preceded in death by his mother Ernestine (2005).

A prayer service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th at 10 am with burial and reception to follow.
