Andrew Allen Miller

Andrew was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania to John Benjamin and Marjorie (Lafferty) Miller. He graduated from University of Louisville in 1969 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Andrew met his wonderful wife Olivia “Libby” Roberts while in Louisville and they were married August 1969. Andrew and Libby later moved to Colorado where Andrew started his professional career as a food broker. Andrew moved on to own several companies including Sundance Video where he pioneered the supermarket video rental business. Above all else Andrew was a family man, wonderful husband and father to his three sons.

Andrew loved to travel and between work and play flew over 3 million miles. Some of Andrew’s favorite places were Vail, Colorado where he spent countless weekends skiing with his boys, Little Cayman where he loved to scuba dive on Bloody Bay Wall, Kauai where you could find Andrew body surfing Brennecke’s Beach for hours on end, and Bayreuth Opera House experiencing Wagner’s Ring Cycle.

Andrew is survived by his wife Libby Miller; three sons, John Miller and his wife Caroline, David Miller and his wife Nichole, and Jeffrey Miller; one grandchild, Elise Miller and brother Jack Miller and wife Grace. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Marjorie, and his sister Judith Miller in 2017.

The family is following Andrew’s wishes and no funeral or memorial service will be held. Flowers are welcome. “It is what it is”
