On January 14, 2012 Scott Donald O’Neil, Sr., 48 years old of Catonsville; Beloved husband of Dot O’Neil of 25 years; Devoted son of Marian O’Neil and the late Stewart O’Neil; Loving father of Devin A. O’Neil and Scott D. O’Neil, Jr.; Dear brother of Dawn Nearhood, Stewart and David O’Neil and the late Janice Cogburn; Also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended daughter Katie Burns and extended son Justin Allen; Loving companion “Bud” (his English Bulldog).
