On February 16, 2024, Mary T. Keyes (nee Gilner) passed away. She is the beloved wife of the late Robert Keyes; loving mother of Therese M. Goldsmith and husband Douglas V., Robert T. Keyes, Martha E. Keyes and husband Jeffrey S. Plesser, Thomas J. Keyes and wife Melanie D., Mary H. Keyes, Anne E. Keyes, and the late Richard E. Keyes; adoring Grandmother of Michael and Catherine Goldsmith, William, Joseph, Daniel, and Timothy Plesser, Madeline Keyes, and her Granddog, Scout; devoted daughter of the late Helen M. Gilner (nee Monnett) and the late Bernard R. Gilner; cherished sister of M. Elizabeth Bobo and the late H. Martha Gilner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228 on Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Church of the Ascension, 1527 Potomac Ave., Halethorpe, MD 21227 on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 10am. Interment in New Cathedral Cemetery.
