On March 8, 2013 Marilyn Lawson Dixon, retired Baltimore County Physical Education Teacher. She enjoyed bird watching, NASCAR, and was a longtime fan of the Washington Redskins.
Daughter of the late Paul F. Lawson Sr. and Ruble Cawood Lawson. From Big Stone Gap Virginia. Loving mother of James D. Dixon, and Samuel E. Dixon Jr. and wife Jane C. Dixon. Grandmother of Dwight Dixon. Sister in law of Virginia C. Lawson, and Sister of the late Paul F. Lawson Jr. of Powell Valley Virginia. Niece of Loretta Lawson Williams and husband Milford Williams of Wise Virginia. Also survived by her loving caretaker Miatta Moses. Services will be private.
