On January 23, 2015, Joseph H. von Paris Sr., age 92, of Baltimore; Beloved husband of 67 years to Ann E. von Paris (nee Arthur); Loving father of Joseph H. von Paris (Madelaine), Michael A. von Paris Sr. (Lin), David B. von Paris, and Eric C. von Paris (Donna); Cherished grandfather of 6 and great-grandfather of 8; Dear brother of Lee von Paris; Also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends; He was preceded in death by his sisters, Marie, Margaret, Genevieve, and Anna, and by his brothers, Bonaventure, William, and George.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228 on Tuesday, January 27, from 2 to 5pm & 7 to 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 28, 10:00am at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 600 S. Conkling St, Baltimore, MD 21224. Interment Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Mt. St. Joseph High School, 4403 Frederick Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229.
