On June 4, 2024; Helen Haynes Goebel passed away. She is the beloved wife of the late Ralph Goebel; loving mother of George Thomas Goebel (Maria), and Alice Goebel Backman (Per Olaf); devoted grandmother of Chelsea Kernan Madron (DJ); cherished great grandmother of Wyeth Madron; dear sister of Mary Scheeler (William), and the late Joseph Haynes, Richard Haynes, James Haynes, Patricia Haynes; dear sister-in-law of Bobbi Haynes. Helen leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, various other loving family members, and friends.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated 11AM, Friday, June 21 at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel at Charlestown Retirement Community, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Maryland SPCA, 3300 Falls Road, Baltimore, MD 21211.
