On November 16, 2023; Frances Loretta Schleicher-Kane (nee Smith) passed away. She is the beloved wife of the late Charles J. Schleicher and the late Joseph Kane; loving mother of Carl J. Schleicher, Karen S. Koehler, Eric J. Schleicher and wife Kathleen, and Kurt J. Schleicher and wife Carol; devoted grandmother of CJ and wife Sarah, Carly, Brian and wife Taylor, Rachel and husband Max, John and wife Emily, Amy and husband Mike, Kyle and wife Ashley, and Lauren and husband Heath; cherished great grandmother of fifteen great grandchildren; dear sister of the late Regina Singleton.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 28 from 2-4 & 6-8PM at the Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228, and on Wednesday, November 29 from 10-10:30AM at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel at Charlestown Retirement Community, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30AM. Interment in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Alzheimer’s Disease Research, 22512 Gateway Center Drive, PO Box 1950, Clarksburg, MD 20871.
