F. Joseph Wieman

The Honorable F. Joseph Wieman, Retired Administrative Judge, age 95, of Catonsville, Maryland passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. He was the son of the late Francis Henry and Dolores (nee Connolly) Wieman. Beloved husband of the late Regina Clare (nee Fortin) Wieman; beloved father of James H. Wieman and wife Tammy, Lisa K. Meerdter and husband Gilbert, Jr., and David B. Wieman and wife Myra; loving grandfather of Joseph Meerdter and wife Jessica, Sara Meerdter and husband Paul Lynch, James Meerdter and wife Melissa, Brendan Wieman, Ally Wieman and Benner Weiman; devoted great grandfather of Juliana Meerdter, Esme Lynch, Raya Lynch and Nora Meerdter; devoted brother of Elizabeth Kreis, V. Jerome Wieman, Kathleen Wieman and the late John Murray Weiman.

Friends may call at the Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home, 1630 Edmondson Ave., Catonsville on Thursday May 25, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m., Friday May 26, at St. Marks Catholic Church, 22 Melvin Ave., Catonsville. Interment will be at a later date at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills.
