Fowler Jr. Stepfather of Nancy Flaggs and husband Thomas, Shirley Smith, the late James Hawk, and the late Geraldine Clark. Brother of Robert Fowler, Ruth Fowler Carr, Marion Fowler, James Fowler, Betty Fowler, the late Phillip Fowler, and the late Allen Fowler. Brother-in-law of Ramona Fowler. Grandfather of Thomas, James, and Maureen Fowler. Great-grandfather of Lacey, Savannah, and Shelby Fowler, and Ryan. Also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Family will receive friends at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228 on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm, where services will be held on Monday at 10am. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
