Dear Bob and Rosemary, my deepest sympathy and condolences to you and the entire Hall family and extended family of close friends! I'm Tom Dickens from Ohio and spent so many countless hours with my Brother Dan thru the mid to late 80's. I was the one who helped him build the Hall family retreat at Capt. Cove in Va.(1989) We were so close and so many times i wished to talk to him and looked for him on facebook and on web. He was truly an awesome friend and the pictures showed me how much he is loved and the Blessed life he lived! If that was the same Mustang he poured every penny he could find into restoring the rusty old thing, it turned out just as he dreamed! I can still hear his laugh and picture his mouth twisting to the side whenever you challenged him at anything. As much fun as two 21 year old boys could have, we did! My heart aches knowing we will not meet again til later, but i know Brother Dan would big time slam me for being so upset! God Bless you all and i pray for the Warm, Healing Touch of our Lord and Savior to be with you and hold you close forever! Rest in Peace Brother Dan, love your Brother Tommy D 3.

Gabby and Dan Jr. My heart is so Heavy for the to of you. Your father and I woked less than 10 feet from one another for over eight hours a day for more than 9 yeaars. Of all the things I know or do not know about your father I know he loved you. I know your father loved his kids.

John, please know that you are your family are in my thoughts and prayers.   Take solace in the fact that death does not separate us from those we love, it deepens our union with God and with each other.

We were so very sad to hear about Daniel's passing from his Aunt Jane. He was taken way too young. Our deepest condolences to the family during this difficult time.

Danny was a great man, husband, father and friend. I always felt welcome in his home, he was so sweet to my son, I loved his cooking and never left there without tears in my eyes from laughing at something. I will never forget the awesome person he was.

I feel so sorry when Marie told me this shocking sad news upon my return yesterday.  I know that there is very little I can do to bring you any comfort to you during this difficult time.  But I keep you in my prayer to wish that you will have the strength and faith to coup with such a tremendous loss.  I know that Daniel is a very talented building designer and constructer.  And you have long enjoyed and will continue to do so over all the wonderful artistic work he had accomplished in your home.   Please take time to rest and enjoy the wonderful memory that Daniel has brought to you during his entire life.  Take good care.

Danny was a true friend to my family and I. The last 20 years were shared with many belly busting laughs and tears. Our friendship and little family will never be for gotten.
