"A Life Well Lived"
Raised in Iowa by Dorothy and Red
A son of the Midwest born and bred
A man of few words, but yet very wise
A handsome smile and beautiful blue eyes
He served in the military tried and true
The love of his life, was a lady named Sue
On the open water, was a place he liked best
Fun with family and friends was always the quest
He was a father, son, a brother, a husband, a friend
But a grandfather was his biggest joy in the end
A man of our hearts, whose life shined bright
Who will forever be remembered singing…
“Let’s get together and feel alright…”
