Joseph Gerard Piscitella

Joe graduated from Lansingburgh High School in 1985 and Siena College in 1989 with his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Shortly after graduating from college he moved to Tennessee where he worked for Dollar General setting up their computer inventory system. He then moved to Arizona to work for Intel before settling in Colorado. Joe was a database administrator for many years, lastly working for Netskope.

He had a passion for soccer and coached/mentored many young children over the years, forming strong bonds and leaving a positive impact on all of them. Joe enjoyed the outdoors, hiking with his sons. and his long walks with his dogs Maverick and Mackinac. They had hiked many of the 14'ers in Colorado as well as the Grand Canyon.

Joe is survived by his wife Amy Baron Piscitella, his daughter Sarah Parker (Geordie), his sons: Joseph Z, Antonino, Gianni, Tomassino and Niccolo; his mother Anne (Ramroth) Smith, siblings: Anthony Piscitella (Lisa) and Dominic Piscitella; grandchildren: Grey Gardner, Brynn Gardner and Georgie Parker; aunt Mary Ellen Cusano (Mark), niece Jenna Piscitella, as well as many friends.

A celebration of Joe's life will be held from 2:00-4:00pm on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at The Rock Church at 4881 Cherokee Dr Castle Rock, Colorado 80109.
