John was born May 25, 1970 in Lawrence, KS. He graduated from Mullen High School and received his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law. He passed his bar exam on the first try and was happy to be able to help those who needed his legal advice.
John and Christa (Aylesworth) were married in 2016 and their children are Drake, Liv and Kiera. He gave up the sport of parachuting when the family began to grow. John loved his wife and children dearly. He worked beside Christa in the kitchen and garden, and chased and played with the kids in high fun.
Following health problems, hospitalizations and surgery, John left the physical world this month.
Survivors include Christa and their children, parents John C. and Eloise Halepaska, brother Scott Halepaska, and sister Stephanie Murray. Also surviving are aunts, uncles, a niece, nephews, cousins from several states and a number of good friends.
