Esther June White

Esther J. White, born on Christmas Day in 1920 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away peacefully, after a long battle with breast cancer, Sunday, April 1st, 2012.

She is survived by her son, Jon Swanson (Jennie), Castle Rock, CO, two Grandchildren, Jill Iszler (Nathan), Powder Springs, GA, and Jay Swanson (Kandy), Manteca, CA, four Great Grandchildren. Cameron, Addison, Greyson Iszler, Chance Swanson, her sister, Ella Pursell, Grand Rapids, MI and niece, Kae Linscott (Tom) and a very special niece who preceded her in death, Terri Wagner (Tom), to be remember through her children, Stacey McCain & Steve Byrd, plus very special cousins, Marv and Millie Grit all of Grand Rapids, MI., and loving nephews, Tom and Jim Davey and Charles White in California. Also preceding her in death is her husband, Charles White, and her first husband killed in WWII, Lt. John E. Swanson. For many years she was active at the Castle Rock Senior Center. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Grand Rapids, MI and currently a member of Creekside Bible Church, Castle Rock, CO.
