She was born on May 13, 1935 in Denver, Colorado to Emil and Gladys Anderson. Beverly grew up in Douglas County, attended Cherry School and Douglas County High School in Castle Rock. In 1957 she married Allen Gresham of Elbert, Colorado and lived in Douglas County and later in Elbert. In 1970 they moved to their current ranch west of Elbert. They had three children – Bob, Ron, and Kathy, seven grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
Beverly worked with Allen in their grocery store in Elbert, drove school bus for 27 years for the Elbert School, and worked at the grocery stores in Elizabeth and Kiowa. She was also very involved with their ranching and farming endeavors. She had a strong faith and was faithful in attending and serving at the Elbert Christian Church.
Beverly loved crafts and was involved with the Elbert Bazaar for many years. She was an avid gardener and put up many quarts of vegetables. She loved her family and was so excited when any came to visit. Many family gatherings were held at their home.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Doris Heidemann and Shirley Brauer, and grandson Dennis Gresham. She is survived by her husband Allen Gresham; children Bob Gresham (Eileen), Ron Gresham (Becky), and Kathy Chapman; grandchildren Emily Weinstein, Josh Gresham, Rebekah Reed, Jessica Segerstrom, Shelly Barber, Leann Chapman; and 19 great grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 4 at 10:00am at the Elbert Christian Church followed by a graveside service at the Elbert Cemetery. A meal will then be served at the Elbert Mercantile Hall.

A funeral service for Beverly will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Elbert Christian Church, 23894 Broadway St., Elbert, CO 80106. Following the funeral service will be a graveside committal service at 12:00 PM.
