Tammy graduated from Louisburg College in 1995 with an Associate in Arts and NC Wesleyan College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts. She worked at SAS, WakeMed Security and Kane Realty Security.
She loved old movies, Elton John music, Harleys, reading and spending time with friends.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her partner and wife of 38 years, Loyria Capps; stepfather, Tommy Howell and wife, Ella; aunt, Margie Pearce; cousins, Lisa Pearce and Martin and Anthony Stone; and longtime family friend and second mom, Linda Jordan.
Special thanks to Denise and Petrina who are more than friends – they are family!

A service to celebrate Tammy’s life will be held at a later date.
