I was so sad to hear about Bob, he was truly a servant of God. I learned a lot as a train host from Bob. One day as a Christian we will see him again. God Bless his Family.  Train Host, Cleo Kimbrough.

God will guide and carry you through this journey and the next phases of life.  It will not be an easy one my friend but you are strong enough in your faith to get through this.

Bob was such a very special person at our church and as a friend. Always busy, always helping, but always with a moment to share a smile or some insight. He was a tremendous supporter of the Methodist Men and provided great help and direction to those of us fortunate enough to work with him on the board.

I was lucky to get to know and work together with Bob over the last 10 years as part of the JOY Council at FUMC. He contributed his expertise in planning activities, representing JOY to church leadership, and in helping keep our “ship” moving in the right direction. If there ever was a good neighbor award it would go to Bob.  In our last 15 years of living near Bob, we quickly learned that he was the master of pool repair. Having never owned a pool... Bob to the rescue.    And he was so handy at  many things and always generous to help.  We will miss him at the Halloween get together in the driveway as he was a huge part of this 13 year tradition.  But most of all, we will miss his kindness. What a true testament of how God wants us to live.   We are so sorry for your loss.   The Gianni family.
