Paul was an extraordinary Individual, whose life was marked by love, laughter, and a lively spirit. His playful sense of humor and warm demeanor endeared him to everyone who knew him. As a devoted husband, father, grandpa, and papa, he prioritized family above all else. He will be profoundly missed but the memories of Paul will forever be cherished.
Paul was born March 12,1930, in Michigan City, IN to Adam and Anna (Hyska) Wozniak, as one of 10 children, with Paul being the last living sibling. Paul fostered close relationships with friends, Tom and Dave, and would often communicate with them in class using Pig Latin. Paul Attended Issac C. Elston high school and went on to study business at Indiana University. Following his service in the U.S. Army, Paul began and ended his career at Standard Oil/ Amoco/BP.
Paul’s survived by the love of his Life, Jan (Dulmatch) Wozniak, entered his world on New Years Day in 1957, when a friend invited Jan over during Paul’s visit. From then on, they were inseparable, and their time together seemed to fly by. Paul and Jan exchanged vows on August 31, 1957, South Bend IN. Their love was richly seasoned with time and continued to flourish with each passing year.
Children- Julie Wozniak of Michigan, IN, John (Patty) Wozniak of Loveland, OH, Thom (Michelle) Wozniak of Anaheim, CA, and Susan (Richard) Langlais of Sheridan, IN.
Grandchildren- Adam (Lynn) Wozniak, Brian (Samantha) Wozniak, Jordan Wozniak, Madison (Ryan Riddle) Langlais, Grant (Katie) Wozniak, Morgan (Quinn Collar) Langlais, Zoe Wozniak, and Molly Langlais. Great Grandchildren- Finley and Tegan Wozniak of Norwood, OH, Bronson, Conrad, Wyatt, and Lincoln Wozniak of East Lansing, MI, Tatum Stogner and Greyson Riddle of Anderson, IN, Ella and Emilia Wozniak of La Porte, IN. Paul was proceeded in death by his parents and nine siblings as well as many loving members from Jan’s family.
Paul was a member of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church and Regularly attended Resurrection Lutheran Church in Cary, North Carolina.
A celebration of life will be held May 24 at Resurrection Lutheran Church. Service begins at 11 am and all are welcome.
