Nancy Jean Valeriani

Nancy Valeriani, age 68, of Cary, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2024 after a long illness. She was surrounded by her husband of 46 years, Nick. Her daughter Lisa and son-in-law Josh Moore. Her son Nicholas, and her two granddaughters; Molly and Annie Moore. Nancy was the daughter of the late Philip D'Aloia and Josephone (Zamarra) D'Aloia. She is survived by her loving family as well as her brother, Robert D'Aloia of California.

Nancy grew up in Edison New Jersey. She was employed by Johnson & Johnson and Scanticon Princeton Conference Center. She married Nick in 1977 in Kirkpatrick Chapel on the Rutgers campus where Nick was a student. Most of their years were spent in New Jersey and Cincinnati raising their two children.

Nancy will be missed by her family, and friends both old and new from New Jersey, Cary, North Carolina, Naples, Florida and Cincinnati, Ohio. In her new life she hopes to be looking down and watching over her loved ones and doing a bit of gardening……

A receiving of friends and family for Nancy will be held Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 SE Maynard Road, Cary, NC 27511.

A funeral mass will occur on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michaels the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, High House Road, Cary, NC 27513.
