Marilyn Arnold Jensen

She spent 81 years of her life in Cleveland, OH before moving to Wilmington, NC in 2005 and then Raleigh, NC in 2010. She was a devout Catholic, an avid gardener, a dear friend to many and, most of all, a fiercely loyal wife and mother. Her greatest joy and accomplishment in life was creating and being a part of a family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Henry Jensen, two brothers and one sister.

She is survived by her three children, David Jensen and wife Linda, Gerry Knowles and husband Michael, Christine Knott; seven grandchildren Whitney Murphy and husband Jimmy, Hayleigh Woodyard, Tyler Jensen, Madeleine, Tabitha, Kimberley and Annabelle Knott; two great-grandchildren Lydia and James Murphy.

A Funeral Mass will be offered at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 18, 2017 from St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church.
