Lois Muriel Snyder

She was born to Ralph and Vedra Condon on March 21, 1936 and raised in Culver Indiana. Lois dedicated her entire life in supporting her family and loved being around the children. Lois was an avid square dancer the last 49 years and had danced throughout the United States and also in Japan.

Lois is survived by her childhood sweetheart and husband of 62 years, Jack E. Snyder. She is survived by four children, Marilyn E. Smith (James), John W. Snyder (Patricia), James M. Snyder (Myleen) and Joseph G. Snyder (Martha); six grandchildren, Kelly Beth Hapgood (Charles), Kristin Leigh Jones (Taylor), Mathew W. Snyder, Eric N. Snyder, Jason M. Snyder (Allecia) and Valeen E. Valley (Cody); six great grandchildren; her sister Freda L. Stavrou (Theofanis) and brother Ralph J. Condon (Alice).

A Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home in Cary, 200 Southeast Maynard Road, Cary, NC 27511.

The family will receive friends following the service and lite refreshments will be served at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cancer Research Institute - New York, NY or Ronald McDonald House Charities - Oak Brook, IL.
