I was very sorry to recently learn of Ken's passing. I worked with Ken for many, many years at IBM. As many others have commented, Ken was a really good guy. A person you were happy to know and work with. My deepest sympathies to Ken's family.

I knew Ken for many years as a colleague at both IBM and Lenovo. It's sad to hear of his passing. He was always helpful and knowledgeable in everything he did, and the world is diminished by this loss.

Uncle Kenny, I remember asking you about technical things and you would give me a big, long, detailed answer. Then when you saw I was lost at your first word, you broke it down for me so that I could understand. I remember waking up at your house and you cooked a seperate breakfast for each person. I also remember shooting pool with you, my dad, and Aunt Helen, and you taught me some tricks that I didn't know. You were kind, gracious, always smiling,helpful, and never said no. You will forever be in my heart.

Genuine.  Always smiling.  Never a "no."  Ever helpful.  Hard working.  And, oh, so smart.  Uncle Kenny, these are the traits I will always remember about you.  You gave me things to emulate.  You showed that there are truly good people in the world.  I can never forget you.  I am grateful for the time I had with you.  Love,

Over the years working together, I got to know Ken quite well and will miss him very much. He was one the most honest, dilligent engineers I've ever known. He was very proud of his family and took great pride in his work. The photos of his chidhood and journey to adult life make it easier to eventually accept,but it will take time. God Bless you all

I had the good fortune of working in the same department with Ken several years ago, and he was always so patient and willing to explain things to me.  Even in my current job, he was always willing to help explain things whenever we would ask.  He was an awesome guy, and will be missed.
