Judith was born May 6, 1947 to the late Clayton and Carlene Marshall.
Judith spent her professional career as the Executive Vice President for the Auto Dealer Association.
Judith is preceded in death by her husband Jeff Cadwallader, her first husband, Benjamin R. Turner, Jr., her parents Clayton and Carlene Marshall, and her sister, Denise Marshall.
Judith is survived by her sons, Derek Turner (Kimberly) and Brad Turner (Rachel); brother, Doug Marshall, 3 grandchildren and her nieces Taylor and Molly Marshall.
A memorial service is to honor Judith will take place at 3:00pm on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at First Presbyterian Church of Garner, 503 Lakeside Dr, Garner, NC 27529
