Jeffrey James Snyder, born April 13, 1955, passed away September 16, 2016. He died after a long struggle with cirrhosis of the liver and hepatitis C, and was cared for in his final days by an outstanding group of professionals at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, NC.
Jeff enjoyed fishing, shooting pool, playing cards, and computer games. He formerly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he was the high shooter of his platoon in marksmanship.
Jeff is survived by his father and stepmother, James and Patricia Snyder, his sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Rick Warlick, stepfather Gary Matthews, stepsister Dana Dennis, niece Brandy Snyder, nephew Wesley Warlick, and an extended family of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Arrangements for his passing include cremation, and a simple memorial service to be held sometime in October. Friends and family will be notified at a later date regarding the service.
