He is survived by his wife, Brigitte T. Thomas and his four children: Brogan, Chyna, Desmond, and Chelsie.
James was studying for his Master’s Degree in Cyber Security at UMUC, and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Finance at Howard University in Washington, DC. James loved spending time with his family, reading the Bible, photography, fishing, creating and listening to jazz and classical and gospel music. He was classically trained on piano at the age of twelve. He played the piano, keyboard, violin, bass, guitar and played the saxophone as a youngster. One of his favorite places was Dana Point in California because he loved the ocean.
James loved the Lord, his wife, children, and parents. He had a wonderful sense of humor, was a kind, generous man, whose family loved him dearly, and who will be missed by many.
A private memorial service will be held Friday, March 9, 2012.
