Elizabeth Patricia Pomidor Valle

Elizabeth (Betty) was born May of 1928 in Hawthorne, NJ to John Pomidor and Elizabeth Kern Pomidor. She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1958 and was employed as a medical technologist for over 50 years in the healthcare and medical research fields. Betty was a member of Good Shepherd United Church of Christ and a 60 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Edith Chapter # 160.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Russell Valle.

She is survived by her daughter, Lynn Valle-McElroy and her husband, Tim of Cary; son, John Valle of San Diego, CA; and grandchildren, Megan and Zackry McElroy.

A funeral service will be held 3 pm Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Raleigh Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 7501 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27612. The family will receive friends 6-8pm Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 SE Maynard Rd, Cary, NC 27511.
