Charles worked in Communications for the North Carolina Highway Patrol.
A visitation for Charles will be held Monday, November 8, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at Ephesus Baptist Church, 6767 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27606, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. He will be buried at Mountain View Cemetery in Black Mountain, North Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in his memory to Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina, 204 Idol Street, Thomasville, NC 27360 or to Ephesus Baptist Church, 6767 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27607.
