A “Pioneer Resident” of Glenaire, she is best known for her 18 years of volunteer service as the coordinator of the Glenaire Residents Association semi-annual yard sale. Many in Western Wake County knew her simply as "The Yard Sale Lady."
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the Kirk of Kildaire Presbyterian Church, 200 High Meadow Drive, Cary, NC 27511. The family will receive friends at a reception following the service.
