Born in Asbestos (renamed Val-des-Sources), Quebec, Canada on January 6, 1930 to Albert and Rhea (Lambert) Dupuis, Angele was the third oldest. She was preceeded in death by her siblings: Carmen (Clermont), Jacques, George, Brigitte (Daniel), Monique (Nezwazky), Denise (Stacks), Andre, Micheline (Richter), Michelle Diane (Flower), Daniel and Joanne (Brummitt).
Angele was married to Joseph F. Young on May 19,1951 in Trois Riviere, Quebec until his death on May 10, 2004. Angele and Joseph had two children in Windsor, Ontario before immigrating to the United States and settling in Dearborn, Michigan.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her daughter, Sue Chiaramonti, and son-in-law Al; son, Mike Young, and daughter-in-law Theresa; grandchildren, Dustin Young (Meaghann), Alex Chiaramonti (Jennifer), Matt Young (Lindsey), John Chiaramonti (Alycia), Jacquelyn Callahan (Matt); great grandchildren, Brianna Young, Jackson Young, Joseph Chiaramonti, Andrew Chiaramonti, Elizabeth Chiaramonti, Julian Young, Penny Young; sister, Louise (Lunn); sister-in-law, Huguette (Pellerin); and nieces and nephews in Quebec.
Angele was a homemaker and worked as a seamstress at Fisher Body, General Motors after her children were grown. She moved to Cary NC in 2005 and enjoyed friendships with seniors at Highland Commons and traveling with family.
She recently was a resident at Brookdale MacArthur Park and appreciated the kindness of employees especially Lynn Bailey, Casey Brown, Celeste, Chantal, Cynthia and Carmen Scott.
A private memorial service will be held at a future date.
