Alice Lilley Taylor, 71, passed away on Tuesday, April 11th. She was predeceased by her son, David Taylor; parents, Hoyt and Hilda Lilley; and brother, David Lilley. Alice is survived by her husband, Christopher; daughter, Christy Bierema and her husband, David; and grandson, Stephen Lainhart.
Alice graduated from UNC Pembroke and retired from NC Health and Human Services as a Budget Officer.
Alice loved the outdoors where she enjoyed gardening. She was an avid reader, a talented upholsterer, painter, and craftsman of arts and crafts. An avid love of animals, Alice cherished her Labrador Retrievers.
There will be a funeral service on Friday, April 14th at 2:30 pm at The Kirk of Kildaire Presbyterian Church 200 High Meadow Drive, Cary, followed by burial at Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.
