William Winston Baxter

Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Nettie Baxter; brothers, Sidney Baxter and Charles Baxter. He is survived by his wife, Darlene Baxter; children, Tim (Michelle) Baxter, Kimberly (Brandon) Dobbins, Shannon (Johnathan) Whitmire; grandchildren, Hannah Dobbins, Maddie Dobbins, Delaney Baxter, Eli Whitmire, Levi Baxter, sisters, Shirley (Lee) Anderson, Debbie (Rick) Stichcomb; brother, Ricky (Buffie) Baxter; sisters-in-law. Martha Baxter, Elaine Baxter; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Grady Harper officiating. The interment will follow at Providence cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
