Ms. Brown was born October 29, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Charles Hampton Koster and Lucy Virginia Hopkins.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Joe and Larry Koster.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Dwayne Evans of White, Georgia; a son and daughter-in-law, Gordon and Nicole Brown of Cartersville, Georgia; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Bill Thomas of California; sister, Nell Morris; brother and sister-in-law Charles and Linda Koster of Tennessee; and 4 grandchildren.
