Terry F. Cornwell "Indian"

Mr. Cornwell was born on September 9, 1947, son of the late Paul Cornwell and Virginia Hyde Cornwell.

Mr. Cornwell was an electrician for many years and later in life, he was the owner/operator of Cornwell Fencing. He was an avid outdoorsman and spent most of his time deer and quail hunting, fishing and horseback riding. He loved taking his grandchildren with him to teach them the ropes.

Mr. Cornwell is survived by his loving wife of fifty-five years, Margaret Harris Cornwell; son, Roy (Erica Slygh) Cornwell; grandchildren, Alex Cornwell, Austen (Avery) Cornwell, Copper Slygh and Sierra Slygh; mother-in-law, Lucille Harris.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the 13th of December, 2022 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home, with Rev. Sammy Burgess officiating. Interment will immediately follow in White Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Alex Cornwell, Austen Cornwell, Dwayne Brown, Ricky Moore, Carty James and Trent Atchley.

Serving as honorary pallbearers are Roy Rutledge, Benny Cochran, Donny Atchley, Dan Wooten and Elbert Harris.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family for two hours prior to service time at Owen Funeral Home.
