Rosa Lee Leach

Rosa was preceded in death by her husband, J.M. Leach; her parents Ambrose and Amanda Hale; 6 brothers; 4 sisters. Rosa was of the Baptist faith. Rosa retired from Union Carbide where she worked for many years. Rosa was always helping someone. She had a gift for being there when needed. She loved her family dearly and they loved her. We’re all going to miss her very much, but we know she is where she wanted to be in Heaven with her family that has gone on before her. She will always be in our hearts and memories.

Survivors include nieces and nephews, Mark Leach (Tammy), Lyndon Hale, Darrell Hale (Connie), Billy Hale, Jimmy Hale, Jeremy Hale, Charles Holt, Tim Holt, Dave Holt, Bill Holt, Wesley Hale, Mike Hale, Donnie Hale, Terry Hale, Ricky Hale, Nancy Earwood (Jimmy), Shelia Myers, Karen Williams, Pam Murphy, Laverne Reed, Nina Scogins, Dorothy Giddions, Martha Holt, Rose Mary Holt, Marsha Hale, Judy Hale, Susie Hale, Janice Long, Brenda Shepard, Tina Padgett, Tammy Hale, Crystal Andrews, Connie Griffith, Jennifer Hale.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday, March 18th at 2:00 P.M. at Stamp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Gary Henson and Darrell Hale officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will include Tim Lawood, Billy Hale, Lyndon Hale, Mark Leach, Ethan Leach, Charles Holt. Honorary pallbearers include Darrell Hale, Eric Scogins.
