Rocky Lane Haygood

Rocky was born on November 10, 1964 in Cartersville, GA son of Charles Willie Haygood and Mary Ann Duke Haygood.

Rocky was a true outdoorsman, who loved fishing, camping and grilling out for his family and friends. He was an avid football fan and never missed a Sunday game. His true passion was spending quality time with his children and grandchildren. He was loved by all who knew him. He is already missed, but will never be forgotten.

He is survived by his parents; daughter, Erin Fowler; son, Cody Lane Haygood; grandchildren, Irish and Jack Fowler; brothers, Danny Haygood, Charlie Haygood, Jesse (Pam) Haygood and Clancie Haygood; sisters, Cindy (Mitch) Jackson and Melody Edwards; a host of nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at two o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the 28th of October, 2017 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Gentry officiating.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family for two hours prior to service time at Owen Funeral Home.
