Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ellen Wills Scroggs. He is survived by his daughter, Joan (Steve) Daniel; granddaughters, Amy (Barry) Nash, Cristi (Sean) Baxter; great-granddaughters, Lanie Nash, Blake Baxter; sister, Carolyn McCoy.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Owen Funeral Home. A private graveside will be conducted at a later date at Georgia National Cemetery with military honors.
