Mr. Bagley was born on June 19, 1936 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, son of the late Elizabeth Siford.
He proudly served his country during World War II as a Military Police for the United States Marine Corp. After his time with the military, Mr. Bagley started his own trucking company traveling almost all 50 states delivering time sensitive materials. He was an extremely talented engineer and was able to design, build and weld. In his spare time, he loved to play golf, travel with his wife of 34 years, Carolyn Hill and spend quality time bonding with his children and grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his brother Doni Miller; sister, Betty Tribe.|
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Hill; sons, Danny Moran, Sr. (Deryce) of Marietta, GA and Richard Moran, Jr. of PA; daughters, Michelle Bagley of Dallas, GA, Donna Pardon and Lena Moore, both of Chatsworth, GA, Karen Page and Linda Moran, both of PA, and Gail Grover (Robert) of Ellijay, GA; stepson, Ralph Hill of NE; step-daughters, Shirley Johnson (Paul) of Cartersville, GA and Lisa Hill (Richard Bryant) of Emerson, GA; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at two o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, April 24, 2015 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow from Oak Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from five o ‘clock in the afternoon until eight on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Owen Funeral Home.
