Raymond was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on October 24, 1940, to Raymond Clark and Mary Watson.
Raymond grew up in Atlanta throughout his childhood and attended O’Keefe High School.
His marriage to Jean Clark blessed them with two children, Cory Clark of Cartersville, Georgia, and Nicol Turner of Saint Simons Island, Georgia. Raymond was an entrepreneur and vice president of Spurlin Industries until he retired. Raymond was known for his love of lake life, where he was a member of Allatoona Landing and Allatoona Yacht Club.
Along with his parents, Raymond is preceded in death by his brothers, Bob, Vernon, and Tommy Clark.
He is survived by his wife, Jean; brothers; Richard and Charlie Clark; children, Cory and Nicol (husband Jeremy); grandchildren, Cory Clark Jr., Hannah, Mary Grace, and Jamilee Turner.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
A Celebration of life will be held at later date.
