Melissa Denise Long

Melissa was an amazing mother. She loved spending quality time with her family. She also had a heart full of love to give. Melissa always was there to help anyone in need. She met, Therron Long, the love of her life in high school and on July 15, 1991 they became married. They spent the next thirty-three years together before her passing.

Melissa Long is preceded in death by her father, Johnny Mack Brown Sr. and grandmother, Edith Collins.

She is survived by her mother, Mae and husband Harold Willis; grandfather, William Brown; husband, Therron; son, Cameron Long; daughter, Maegan Long; brother, Johnny Mack Brown Jr. and wife Tracy Brown; furbabies, Smokey and Cookie; and extended family members and friends to cherish her memory.
