Linda Carrien Wood

Linda is preceded in death by her brothers, Howard Wade, Howell Wade; sisters, Ruth Perry (Sam), Colleen Satterfield, Sue Glass (Ted). She is survived by her daughters, Shannon Black (Crystal Walker); Lynn Woods (Marshall); son, Brandon Wood (Starcie Partington); grandchildren, Trey, Aaron, Parker, Alli, Ty, Cydney, Matthew, Fischer, Bryanna, Dominic, Cadence; great grandchildren, Slade, Emma, Dax, Maci, Colt, Waylon, Emersyn, David; brother-in-law, Larry Satterfield; sister-in-law, Vivian Wade; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.

Linda Loved working for the Bartow School System for 15 years. She loved loving on her grand babies and family, playing jokes and making people laugh.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Monday, December 19, 2022 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Brandon Wood officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Owen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Linda’s memory to Zion Hill Baptist Church cemetery fund.
