Larry Eugene DeBoard

Mr. DeBoard was born April 13, 1941 in Bartow County, Georgia son of the late Dyar DeBoard and Velma Thurman DeBoard. He was the retired co-owner of R&M Yarns and was a member & Deacon of Park Street Baptist Church in Acworth, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Harry DeBoard and a sister, Sue DeBoard Evans.

Survivors include his children, Brian (Kate) DeBoard, Terry DeBoard, Lissa (Jimmy) Allen, Meagan DeBoard; Soul Mate, Glenda Gwin; grandchildren, Josh (Jennifer) DeBoard, Ashton DeBoard, Hannah DeBoard, Mason Allen, Ben Camara, Mary Camara; great-grandchildren, Rilynn DeBoard and Will Collier; brother, Ronny (Lisa) DeBoard; sister, Faye Phillips; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 18th at 11:00 a.m. in the owen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bradford Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home.

Pallbearers include Chad DeBoard, Ashton DeBoard, Josh DeBoard, Michael Collier, Jeff Clowers and Charlie Thurman.
